Pulmonary Hemorrhage CT Findings
- Bilateral patchy perihilar infiltrates
- Diffuse bilateral alveolar opacification
- Ground glass centrilobular nodules
- Filling defect in major airways (clot) can occur
- Pulmonary hemorrhage may be of higher CT attenuation than a routine infiltrate
